HYAT Duathlon
Our duathlon training programs are built to meet the unique demands of athletes balancing the strength and endurance required for both running and cycling.
The program begins with a lactate test to understand your current fitness level. From there, we develop a personalized training plan that covers all aspects of duathlon preparation, from speed and strength building to pacing and recovery.
With regular performance tests and our data-driven coaching approach, we help you monitor your progress and optimize your performance. We give you the support and expertise needed to improve in both disciplines.
HYAT’s duathlon program is designed for athletes ready to make a long-term commitment to their performance. To reach optimal performance progression, our duathlon program spans a minimum duration of one year.

How long is the commitment for the duathlon program?
The Duathlon program requires a minimum one-year commitment. This duration allows us to effectively build your endurance and strength, supporting progressive improvements in your performance.
What's the difference between the personal and basic strength program?
For the personal strength program, we start with a Redcord analysis to analyze your strength level and imbalances. The basic plan provides general workouts for home or gym.
What is a redcord analysis?
A Redcord analysis is a test to identify and address any weak muscle groups that may be impacting your performance or increasing injury risk. Based on this analysis, we then create a personalized strength plan to help you build a more balanced and resilient foundation, improving overall athletic performance and reducing the likelihood of injury.
